Have you wanted to start running but don’t know where to start? Maybe you don't quite have the confidence or motivation to get out running by yourself? Maybe you're seeking a way to improve fitness, mental health

wellbeing and lifestyle?  Well, here’s the answer………

This gentle 10 week course will guide you through the very popular Couch
to 5km programme, with some slight tweaks and our expertise thrown in.
Each session will last an hour including a warmup, cool down and rest
periods. The focus will be on mobility, fun and supporting each other
over the 10 weeks, no matter what your previous experience may be.

2024 will be our 4th year of running this course, achieving graduation of over 95% of attendees who signed up each year - many of whom have continued their running and achieved 10k's since and beyond.  Many had previously tried C25K under their own steam but not completed, hopefully an indication to you that our formula and doing this as part of a larger group definitely works!!

This years course will be running from Tuesday 30th April to graduation day on Sunday 7th July 2024 .



All runners will be supported by our team of Run Leaders throughout the
10 weeks who will be on hand to advise, support and encourage every step
of the way.  We will also invite along some of our previous C25K'ers so they can share their experience with you and help you see
the results.  

Before you start should you have any concerns about previous/existing
injuries or your general health, please consult your GP for advice on
your specific circumstances.
