Thank you to all of you who have entered, we have now sold out all online entries.  Race instruction details with your bib number & wave have been emailed to all entries (instructions also available on the link above).  Race number/bib collection will be at registration on Sunday from 8:00am.

There will be some very limited on the day entries available, dependant on withdrawals, on a first come first served basis from 8:00am to 9:00am - entries will cost £25 and CASH ONLY

The EG10k is a community event organised “for runners, by runners” with all profits going to charity. It is organised and supported by volunteers from East Grinstead Runners, surrounding clubs, our amazing charities and East Grinstead Lions who will provide friendly encouragement, no matter what the weather.​ The race is dedicated to the memory of Andy Ripley OBE, English rugby union international, an active East Grinstead sportsman and former member of both EGAC and EGTC, who sadly died from prostate cancer in 2010.​ The event attracts 300-400 competitors and caters for all abilities, from those looking to complete their first 10Km to more experienced/seasoned runners from surrounding clubs. The first 7km is off-road on well-surfaced bridleways and the final 3km are on residential roads. The route is well marshalled and has a water station at 5km.​


  • Multi-terrain race on a mainly flat course taking in scenic bridle paths around East Grinstead

  • Licenced by and run under the rules of UK Athletics 

  • Minimum age: 15 on race day

  • We provide: Chip timing, medical service, toilets, parking, on site motivation and finish line catering by East Grinstead Lions

  • Sustainably-sourced medal included in the entry price for all competitors, plus category and spot prizes
